How No. 6 seeds have fared vs. No. 1 seeds in NFL playoffs history: Vikings, Titans can snap a recent streak

No. 6 seeds have a history of beating No. 1 seeds, but not recently

The Tennessee Titans and Minnesota Vikings have an opportunity to snap a dubious streak regarding No. 6 seeds in the NFL playoffs. Tennessee’s win over the New England Patriots last week and the Minnesota Vikings victory over the New Orleans Saints reseeded the NFL playoffs for the divisional round.

The No. 1 seed plays the lowest remaining seed in the divisional round based on the current NFL playoff structure. With the Titans and Vikings being the No. 6 seed, that means they will play the No. 1 seed in the next round instead of playing the team on their half of the bracket. The Titans will play the Baltimore Ravens and the Vikings will play the San Francisco 49ers (both games obviously on the road).

No. 6 seeds haven’t fared well against No. 1 seeds in the divisional playoffs in recent years, which explains the ongoing trend of wild card teams failing to reach the Super Bowl since 2013. A No. 6 seed hasn’t defeated a No. 1 seed in the playoffs since 2010 when both the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets defeated the No. 1 seeds (Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots) to advance to their championship games. The Packers became just the second No. 6 seed to win the Super Bowl in that 2010 season, defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.

Two No. 6 seeds made the divisional playoffs, the Indianapolis Colts, and Philadelphia Eagles, and they both lost. No. 6 seeds have lost nine consecutive games against No. 1 seeds. No. 6 seeds are 6-19 all-time against No. 1 seeds, but that record was much better just a decade ago. Here are all the No. 6 seeds to beat the No. 1 seeds in NFL postseason history (playoffs expanded to 12 teams in 1990):

2005 AFC Divisional

Steelers beat Colts, 21-18

2005 Super Bowl

Steelers beat Seahawks, 21-10

2008 AFC Divisional

Ravens beat Titans, 13-10

2008 NFC Divisional

Eagles beat Giants, 23-11

2010 NFC Divisional

Packers beat Falcons, 48-21

2010 AFC Divisional

Jets beat Patriots, 28-21

This is the sixth season under the current playoff format which both No. 6 seeds won their wild card game, along with 2005, 2008, 2010, 2013 and 2018. The past two occurrences neither No. 6 seed won in the divisional round. The Titans and Vikings will have a hard time pulling off the upset based on how the No. 1 seeds have fared in their respective conferences.

The Baltimore Ravens finished with the best record in the NFL, winning 12 consecutive games to finish 14-2 and the league’s best record. The Ravens averaged 206 rushing yards a game and 5.5 yards per carry, both of which led the NFL. The Ravens set the NFL record for most rushing yards in a season with 3,296, part of what made them the NFL’s No. 1 offense in points (33.2) and No. 2 in yards (407.6).

Their defense has been just as dominant over the 12-game win streak. Baltimore is first in the league in points (15.2), touchdowns (18), yards (268.9) and first downs (200) allowed over the past 12 games.

The 49ers are a tough out as a No. 1 seed, finishing with a 13-3 record in having home-field advantage for the first time since 1997. San Francisco finished second in the NFL in points per game (29.9), third in yards per pass (7.9) and ninth in yards per carry (4.6). The 49ers were fourth in yards (381.1) and second in rushing (144.1 yards a game), leading the league in rushing touchdowns (23).

San Francisco’s defense was dominant as well, finishing second in yards (281.8 ) and first in yards per play allowed (4.7). They were first in yards per pass (5.2) and pass yards allowed (169.2). Their 48 sacks were tied for fifth in the NFL.

If the Titans and/or Vikings don’t emerge victorious Saturday, it wouldn’t be surprising given how good the No. 1 seeds in both conferences are. Both teams are massive underdogs heading into the weekend, a testament of the dominance of the Ravens and 49ers are rather than an indictment of the No. 6 seeds they’re facing.

6 Super Healthy Seeds You Should Eat

Seeds contain all the starting materials necessary to develop into complex plants. Because of this, they are extremely nutritious.

Seeds are great sources of fiber. They also contain healthy monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and many important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

When consumed as part of a healthy diet, seeds can help reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.

This article will describe the nutritional content and health benefits of six of the healthiest seeds you can eat.

Flaxseeds, also known as linseeds, are a great source of fiber and omega-3 fats, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

However, the omega-3 fats are contained within the fibrous outer shell of the seed, which humans can’t digest easily.

Therefore, if you want to increase your omega-3 levels, it’s best to eat flaxseeds that have been ground ( 1 , 2 ).

A 1-ounce (28-gram) serving of flaxseeds contains a wide mix of nutrients (3):

  • Calories: 152
  • Fiber: 7.8 grams
  • Protein: 5.2 grams
  • Monounsaturated fat: 2.1 grams
  • Omega-3 fats: 6.5 grams
  • Omega-6 fats: 1.7 grams
  • Manganese: 35% of the RDI
  • Thiamine (vitamin B1): 31% of the RDI
  • Magnesium: 28% of the RDI

Flaxseeds also contain a number of different polyphenols, especially lignans, which act as important antioxidants in the body ( 4 ).

Lignans, as well as the fiber and omega-3 fats in flaxseeds, can all help reduce cholesterol and other risk factors for heart disease ( 5, 6, 7 ).

One large study combined the results of 28 others, finding that consuming flaxseeds reduced levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol by an average of 10 mmol/l ( 8 ).

Flaxseeds may also help reduce blood pressure. An analysis of 11 studies found that flaxseeds could reduce blood pressure especially when eaten whole every day for more than 12 weeks ( 9 ).

A couple of studies have shown that eating flaxseeds may reduce markers of tumor growth in women with breast cancer, and may also reduce cancer risk ( 10 , 11 , 12 ).

This may be due to the lignans in flaxseeds. Lignans are phytoestrogens and are similar to the female sex hormone estrogen.

What’s more, similar benefits have been shown regarding prostate cancer in men ( 13 ).

In addition to reducing the risk of heart disease and cancer, flaxseeds may also help reduce blood sugar, which may help lower the risk of diabetes ( 14 ).

Chia seeds are very similar to flaxseeds because they are also good sources of fiber and omega-3 fats, along with a number of other nutrients.

A 1-ounce (28-gram) serving of chia seeds contains (15):

  • Calories: 137
  • Fiber: 10.6 grams
  • Protein: 4.4 grams
  • Monounsaturated fat: 0.6 grams
  • Omega-3 fats: 4.9 grams
  • Omega-6 fats: 1.6 grams
  • Thiamine (vitamin B1): 15% of the RDI
  • Magnesium: 30% of the RDI
  • Manganese: 30% of the RDI

Like flaxseeds, chia seeds also contain a number of important antioxidant polyphenols.

Interestingly, a number of studies have shown that eating chia seeds can increase ALA in the blood. ALA is an important omega-3 fatty acid that can help reduce inflammation ( 16 , 17 ).

Your body can convert ALA into other omega-3 fats, such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are the omega-3 fats found in oily fish. However, this conversion process in the body is usually quite inefficient.

One study has shown that chia seeds may be able to increase levels of EPA in the blood ( 18 ).

Chia seeds may also help reduce blood sugar. A couple of studies have shown that whole and ground chia seeds are equally effective for reducing blood sugar immediately after a meal ( 19 , 20 ).

Another study found that, as well as reducing blood sugar, chia seeds may reduce appetite ( 14 ).

Chia seeds may also reduce risk factors of heart disease ( 21 ).

A study of 20 people with type 2 diabetes found that eating 37 grams of chia seeds per day for 12 weeks reduced blood pressure and levels of several inflammatory chemicals, including C-reactive protein (CRP) ( 22 ).

Hemp seeds are an excellent source of vegetarian protein. In fact, they contain more than 30% protein, as well as many other essential nutrients.

Hemp seeds are one of the few plants that are complete protein sources, meaning they contain all the essential amino acids that your body can’t make.

Studies have also shown that the protein quality of hemp seeds is better than most other plant protein sources ( 23 ).

A 1-ounce (28-gram) serving of hemp seeds contains ( 24 ):

  • Calories: 155
  • Fiber: 1.1 grams
  • Protein: 8.8 grams
  • Monounsaturated fat: 0.6 grams
  • Polyunsaturated fat: 10.7 grams
  • Magnesium: 45% of the RDI
  • Thiamine (vitamin B1): 31% of the RDI
  • Zinc: 21% of the RDI

The proportion of omega-6 to omega-3 fats in hemp seed oil is roughly 3:1, which is considered a good ratio. Hemp seeds also contain gamma-linolenic acid, an important anti-inflammatory fatty acid ( 25 ).

For this reason, many people take hemp seed oil supplements.

Hemp seed oil may have a beneficial effect on heart health by increasing the amount of omega-3 fatty acids in the blood ( 26 , 27 , 28 ).

The anti-inflammatory action of the omega-3 fatty acids may also help improve symptoms of eczema.

One study found that people with eczema experienced less skin dryness and itchiness after taking hemp seed oil supplements for 20 weeks. They also used skin medication less, on average ( 29 ).

Sesame seeds are commonly consumed in Asia, and also in Western countries as part of a paste called tahini.

Similar to other seeds, they contain a wide nutrient profile. One ounce (28 grams) of sesame seeds contains (30):

  • Calories: 160
  • Fiber: 3.3 grams
  • Protein: 5 grams
  • Monounsaturated fat: 5.3 grams
  • Omega-6 fats: 6 grams
  • Copper: 57% of the RDI
  • Manganese: 34% of the RDI
  • Magnesium: 25% of the RDI

Like flaxseeds, sesame seeds contain a lot of lignans, particularly one called sesamin. In fact, sesame seeds are the best known dietary source of lignans.

A couple of interesting studies have shown that sesamin from sesame seeds may get converted by your gut bacteria into another type of lignan called enterolactone ( 31 , 32 ).

Enterolactone can act like the sex hormone estrogen, and lower-than-normal levels of this lignan in the body have been associated with heart disease and breast cancer ( 33 ).

Another study found that postmenopausal women who ate 50 grams of sesame seed powder daily for five weeks had significantly lower blood cholesterol and improved sex hormone status ( 34 ).

Sesame seeds may also help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, which can worsen symptoms of many disorders, including arthritis.

One study showed that people with knee osteoarthritis had significantly fewer inflammatory chemicals in their blood after eating about 40 grams of sesame seed powder every day for two months ( 35 ).

Another recent study found that after eating about 40 grams of sesame seed powder per day for 28 days, semi-professional athletes had significantly reduced muscle damage and oxidative stress, as well as increased aerobic capacity ( 36 ).

Pumpkin seeds are one of the most commonly consumed types of seeds, and are good sources of phosphorus, monounsaturated fats and omega-6 fats.

A 1-ounce (28-gram) serving of pumpkin seeds contains (37):

  • Calories: 151
  • Fiber: 1.7 grams
  • Protein: 7 grams
  • Monounsaturated fat: 4 grams
  • Omega-6 fats: 6 grams
  • Manganese: 42% of the RDI
  • Magnesium: 37% of the RDI
  • Phosphorus: 33% of the RDI

Pumpkin seeds are also good sources of phytosterols, which are plant compounds that may help lower blood cholesterol ( 38 ).

These seeds have been reported to have a number of health benefits, likely due to their wide range of nutrients.

One observational study of more than 8,000 people found that those who had a higher intake of pumpkin and sunflower seeds had a significantly reduced risk of breast cancer ( 39 ).

Another study in children found that pumpkin seeds may help lower the risk of bladder stones by reducing the amount of calcium in urine ( 40 ).

Bladder stones are similar to kidney stones. They’re formed when certain minerals crystalize inside the bladder, which leads to abdominal discomfort.

A couple of studies have shown that pumpkin seed oil can improve symptoms of prostate and urinary disorders ( 41 , 42 ).

These studies also showed that pumpkin seed oil may reduce symptoms of overactive bladder and improve quality of life for men with enlarged prostates.

A study of postmenopausal women also found that pumpkin seed oil may help reduce blood pressure, increase “good” HDL cholesterol and improve menopause symptoms ( 43 ).

Sunflower seeds contain a good amount of protein, monounsaturated fats and vitamin E. One ounce (28 grams) of sunflower seeds contains (44):

  • Calories: 164
  • Fiber: 2.4 grams
  • Protein: 5.8 grams
  • Monounsaturated fat: 5.2 grams
  • Omega-6 fats: 6.4 grams
  • Vitamin E: 47% of the RDI
  • Manganese: 27% of the RDI
  • Magnesium: 23% of the RDI

Sunflower seeds may be associated with reduced inflammation in middle-aged and older people, which may help reduce the risk of heart disease.

An observational study of more than 6,000 adults found that a high intake of nuts and seeds was associated with reduced inflammation ( 45 ).

In particular, consuming sunflower seeds more than five times per week was associated with reduced levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), a key chemical involved in inflammation.

Another study examined whether eating nuts and seeds affected blood cholesterol levels in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes ( 46 ).

The women consumed 30 grams of sunflower seeds or almonds as part of a healthy diet every day for three weeks.

By the end of the study, both the almond and sunflower seed groups had experienced reduced total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. The sunflower seed diet reduced triglycerides in the blood more than the almond diet, though.

However, “good” HDL cholesterol was also reduced, suggesting that sunflower seeds may reduce both good and bad types of cholesterol.

Along with a healthy diet, seeds can help reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. Here are 6 super seeds to eat for better health.

About this Indica Strain

Afgoo, which is also known as Afgooey, is an indica cannabis strain that emits an earthy pine scent and taste. Its buds are sticky with trichomes when harvest-ready and are of an olive green color.

The parents of Afgoo are unknown, but many tend to agree that it’s a cross between the indica Afghani and sativa-dominant Maui Haze.

Its THC content averages at 16%, with some crops ranking in as high as 20%. When consuming Afgoo, expect the munchies, a boost in mood, sleepiness or lethargy, and an increase in focus. While this strain does enhance cerebral activity, it will put one to sleep if too much is consumed – making this a good choice for evening and night time use. Some reviewers enjoy this strain to treat stomach problems such as nausea or lack of appetite.

Many consumers have reported bouts of paranoia, though some have found it amusing instead of leading to anxiousness.

Currently, growers can only purchase clones of Afgoo, as seeds are not available on the market at this time.

Afgoo strain

Afgoo definitely delivers on the body buzz front, it’s a nice high that isn’t overpowering. I have tinnitus and it doesn’t help that but does create a relaxing feeling in general. It is cheaper than some of the strains with more familiar names so is affordable and usually accessible throughout North America.

I have had this Strain since 1998 with some seeds I got out of some smoke Great loves to get big and good for SOG list of best one toke strains. Seeds still good grew some last year from same seed from 1998 kept in freezer. As long as thing go well this year I will have created 57 varieties by the end of this year.

Afgoo is another name for Afgooey, a cross of an unknown sativa from Maui and an unknown indica from Afghanistan. It's a good nighttime strain with strong indica genetics (sativa/indica ratio of 20:80). THC levels are strong, passing 28% in some tests. There isn't much CBD in this strain, though,…

Anxiety, depression, and my neuropathic pain were gone after 3 puffs. Highly, pun intended, recommend to indica conneseurs. Top 10 indica strain for me for shure.

Romulan Seed Info

The exact origins of Romulan are quite the topic of speculation – for all we know, she may have traveled across the universe much like her namesake. While her history is a mystery, one fact that’s confirmed is her 75% Indica, 25% Sativa makeup. This gives her a much sought-after Indica-dominant, narcotic-like stone that will have you seeing stars. Combine these effects with her multiple branches and budding sites, and she’s a real no-brainer to grow.

Flowering Time

This alien seed has a flowering time of 50-60 days if growing indoors, or is ready for harvest in September for outdoor growers. Either way, you won’t have to wait too long to enjoy Romulan’s mind-blowing effects.

Yields

The average indoor cultivator can expect potential harvests of over 300g/m 2 (0.98oz/ft 2 ), particularly when the wattage of grow lights during flowering exceeds 450. For those growing outdoors, yields tend to average about 500g (1.1lb) per plant.

Effects

Her effects lean heavily toward the Indica side, with a great sense of relaxation. Despite the Indica dominance, her Sativa roots really shine through to also provide a cerebral and introspective effect. This combination of Indica and Sativa makes her ideal for a cozy evening.

THC And CBD Levels

Romulan is definitely a heavy-hitter, with a THC content level of 24%. It also has a minor CBD percentage of around 1%.

Smell And Taste

With a genetic lineage heavily dominated by Indica, Romulan is a truly unique cannabis strain featuring a smooth, sweet taste with a hint of spice. Her terpene profile also delivers some nice notes of pine that complement her spiciness quite well.

Grow Tips

As a result of her multiple budding sites, grow methods such as Sea of Green (SoG) are not recommended for Romulan. Instead, techniques like low-stress training (LST) can aid in exposing her bud sites so that they obtain maximum light penetration. Other things to keep in mind:

  • She’s suitable for both indoor and outdoor grows.
  • Plants reach a short and manageable height of up to 1.1m (3’7) indoors.
  • She displays gorgeous colors if cooler temperatures are used during the late flowering period.

sprouting hemp seeds

How To Germinate Cannabis Hemp Seeds

Store your seeds air tight and moisture free in your refrigerator till you’re ready to germinate. Most seeds should keep for 2-3 years. Powerful varieties and fresh seeds commonly germinate in 3-5 days. When seeds have been stored refrigerated it can take up to 7 days for them to sprout. Soak the seed in water for a few hours then place them between layers of moist tissue in a covered tray.

Follow these simple guidelines for a successful germination by using:

  • A dark environment and stable room temperature
  • A tray with plenty of ventilation (frequent fresh air)
  • Distilled water for soaking and early watering
  • Tissue paper (without prints) and a saucer/tray

Patience “budding beginner”. Check on your seeds frequently, as you should never let them dry out. Spray luke-warm distilled water on them as often as necessary to keep them moist. Your reward? A tiny white root breaking through the nut shell! From here you wait until the root is about 1-2 cm long before you give them there first taste of soil if you are growing them bio style. For more details on different growing mediums, see the article on page 112 of The Smokers Guide to Amsterdam!

Important: don’t ever use fertilizers or root stimulants while germinating and moisten the tissue paper, never soak it with too much water.

Now that the root is the right length, you should place it in the soil with the root pointing down, so that the seed shell is level with the soil surface. Gently cover it with soil taking care to not damage the seed. Fluorescent light or even indirect daylight is strong enough for the seeds to become a small plant. From there on, it’s easy to see why we call it weed; it wants to grow!

For budding beginners, here’s the basic S-Guide to seed germination. Check out a good grow book (like the one featured on page 109 of The Smokers Guide to Amsterdam) to learn more.

Most helpfull

Dane from Halisahar

If you suffer from anxiety, this is the strain for you. I suffer from acute anxiety due to a condition named Dystonia. I have a mild case which means that I have a slight muscle problem and facial ticks. When I hit this (only 2 hits from a piece) I thought I was cured. I like this strain because I can focus and get things done and for once, have a normal conversation with people. No memory loss, just an overall calming and happy sensation. I’ve been looking for anxiety calming strains and this and Strawberry cough are the best I’ve tried.

J1 is an amazing strain that has an exceptional euphoric and happily uplifting feel to it. It is a tremendous strain for depression, anxiety, etc. I would recommend this strain to anyone stoner out there like my self and to be completely honest I’m more of an indo man but this strain is honestly in my top 3 as it is undoubtedly an amazing and spectacular plant.

Freak Chunk (Deep Chunk)

Description

Genetics: Deep Chunk (Californian – Afghan Hindu Kush)
Type: Pure Indica-type
Indoors: c. 56 days
Outdoors: September

This is a Spanish continuation of the original Tom Hill Deep Chunk, a renowned true-breeding Indica-type strain with roots in the Afghan Hindu Kush. The original landrace from which Deep Chunk was inbred is said to have been introduced to Northern California in the late 1970s. Crucially, it’s believed to have never been outcrossed.

Deep Chunk is known for its fast-flowering time, thick stems, short internodes, and excellent resin production. It’s a classic Indica that produces copious leaves and broad leaflets. Buds are dense and yield earthy, herbal aromas, including hashy pine, citrus, coffee, and chocolate. A weakness is its susceptibility to botrytis. A strength is its knock-down potency.

True-breeding for many traits, this is an archetypal Indica strain that’s earned a reputation as an excellent breeding plant. In an era when Cannabis genepools are becoming ever-increasingly homogenized through hybridization, pure inbred lines such as this should be in the collection of every serious grower and breeder.

Keeping heirlooms in their pure form over the coming decades is a wise choice that is sure to benefit both people and plant.

NOTE: Initial testing of this batch of seeds has shown around 80% viability. Incidentally, plants from which this batch was produced showed strong uniformity across the population.

pot seeds amazon

Amazon Joins the Weed Business by Developing a Sitcom about It

It is only natural that large companies like Amazon want their piece of the delicious marihuana cake, in terms of revenue of course. Since the legal situation didn’t allow their first plan to conveniently distribute and deliver nicely cured buds through their selling platform, they decided to follow a different strategy by developing a stoner series for Amazon Prime.

Amazon is moving forward to become a respectable player in the entertainment industry and is now developing “Highland”. The concept of this show is not particularly new but has the potential to entertain the viewer and support Amazons plans to become one of the leading streaming platforms, at the same time.

WHAT IS THIS HIGHLAND ALL ABOUT?

At this point, the information doesn’t allow us to draw a complete picture of the situation but there are some facts that reached the general public.

Margaret Cho, a high-class standup comedian, is playing a character that was just released out of a court-ordered rehabilitation facility and moves back in with her parents and family. The classic scenario. Her family is now in the pot business by running their own dispensary or weed shop. This is all the information Amazon released until today but we can be curious for further details.

Even though we don’t know much yet, we can speculate a little bit. This is the usual procedure when information is missing but valuable.

It is most likely that “Highlands” will show cannabis in a realistic way, without exaggerating or understating the potential risks and benefits of cannabis. Margaret Cho will be the executive producer and can luckily influence the creative process a lot. She is of the opinion that “Medical and recreational marijuana and the end of prohibition is important in terms of helping people and getting safe access.”

Showing weed in a realistic way is pretty much key when creating a series which stoners want to watch after their hard day of doing nothing or working like everybody else.

What remains a little bit unclear is how the viewer gets the “addiction-factor” that every successful series seems to have. Will it be a show that generally lives of its funny moments and creates a nice family atmosphere around it, so more sitcom-style or are there tragic events that life usually throws upon people living it?

Maybe Amazon follows the recent tendencies towards “Dramedy”, a balanced composition of comedy and drama. This would certainly be better for the viever, the addiction-factor, and Amazon Prime. If you haven’t been busy your entire live, you know how binge watching works.

AMAZON IS LATE, NBC AND OTHERS WERE QUICKER

It’s not necessarily criticism when saying that Amazon is kind of the last one who jumps on the train of producing a stoner series. Others were quicker and the concept of putting weed in a family context is not very revolutionary. We have seen this before.

When thinking about the mainstream series Weeds, where single mother Nancy Botwin tries to put food on the family table by selling “Milf-weed”, one gets reminded that a lack of authenticity can be poison for a stoned audience. Having fake weed plants on the set might be legally the safest way to display them but it’s a smack in the face for every true cannabis connoisseur.

NBC now has the series “Buds” in their development cycle of 2015/2016. It is also a stoner comedy series about a pot dispensary in the US, featuring Parks and Recreation co-star Adam Scott. It’s not clear why there are two big series in the pipeline who kind of try to tell the same story: Weed is legal in many states of the US and gets sold and smoked by more or less normal people.

CONCLUSION

It will be interesting to see if Amazon manages to learn from the mistakes of others and create a series that is authentic on the one side, but unrealistically funny on the other side. This is a big challenge that Amazon and other companies of the entertainment industry are facing when trying to persuade an audience that is stoned and highly critical at the same time.

The fact that Margarete Cho is executive producer of Highland and actively supports the legalisation of cannabis, gives reason to believe that this show will most likely be a success among non-stoners, and stoners. What would be very refreshing for the sophisticated viewer if producers would risk a little more, especially when putting together the concept for a new show.

How about a college dropout from Colorado who tries to make it in Europe by using his knowledge about cannabis to create one of the largest (illegal) cannabis production facilities on earth? Just to put an idea out there that is less mainstream, less family, and a little bit more exciting.

The new Amazon series will be titled “Highland” and is about a family business that is not so delicate anymore. They run their own weed shop.
